AMY系列樹脂結(jié)合劑拋光工具自動(dòng)生產(chǎn)線是我所針對(duì)以樹脂結(jié)合劑為主的石材拋光工具和陶瓷拋光工具開發(fā)的一款半自動(dòng)成型設(shè)備。該設(shè)備主要可用于彈性模塊、軟磨片、拋晶片、樹脂模塊等工具的生產(chǎn)，可以實(shí)現(xiàn)自動(dòng)進(jìn)出壓機(jī)、自動(dòng)壓制、成型、自動(dòng)卸模等功能，可以實(shí)現(xiàn)一人多機(jī)操作，有效地減少了工人的勞動(dòng)強(qiáng)度，提高了產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量。

Introduction

AMY series automatic production line for resin binder polishing tools is semi-automatic molding equipment developed by ZZSM for resin bonded tools widely used in stone and ceramics. The equipment is mainly used in the production of lappatos, flexible polishing pads, chip polishing pads, Firkerts and other tools. It transfers the prepared materials in molds to the press mains, presses them in shape, and unloads molds in an automatic fashion. It requires one operator for material and product handling and operations of several press mains, with features of less labor intensity and more productivity.
