產(chǎn)品概述

樹脂重負(fù)荷砂輪自動(dòng)化生產(chǎn)線是我所針對(duì)普通磨具行業(yè)的樹脂、陶瓷結(jié)合劑砂輪開發(fā)的一種半自動(dòng)生產(chǎn)線，本產(chǎn)品用于固結(jié)磨具的壓制成型半自動(dòng)生產(chǎn)。本產(chǎn)品可以實(shí)現(xiàn)自動(dòng)預(yù)壓、自動(dòng)壓制成型、自動(dòng)搬運(yùn)模具及砂輪、自動(dòng)卸模等功能，實(shí)現(xiàn)了少人化操作的同時(shí)，也大大降低了人工勞動(dòng)強(qiáng)度，改善了生產(chǎn)環(huán)境，保證了生產(chǎn)質(zhì)量的穩(wěn)定性，提高了生產(chǎn)效率。

Introduction

An automatic production line for resin bonded heavy load grinding wheels is semi-automatic molding equipment developed by ZZSM for resin bonded tools and vitrified grinding wheels. It is applied in pressing and semi-automatic production of bonded abrasive tools. This production line realizes automation of pre-pressing of abrasive mix, pressing and forming of abrasive mix, handling of molds and grinding wheels, mold unloading, etc. so as to make less manual operations and labor intensity, to improve the production environment, to ensure the stability of production quality, and improves the production efficiency.
