電鍍金屬結(jié)合劑砂輪具有磨粒密度高、磨削鋒利、加工效率高、加工精度高、不需修整等特點，產(chǎn)品可以制作成各種形狀，特別適合于特殊復(fù)雜型面、超薄、特小、幾何形狀和尺寸精度要求高等產(chǎn)品的成形加工，從而極大地提高加工效率，很好的解決了相當一部分產(chǎn)品的難加工問題。

Product overview

The electroplated grinding wheels own characteristics of high grain density, sharp grinding, high efficiency, good precision, without dressing etc. The product can be made into various shapes and they are suitable for special complicated profi le, super-thin, especially small and other form grinding which have strict requirement on geometry shape and dimension. Therefore it improves the process effi ciency and a lot of tools which are difficult to process with other methods can be solved.

適用加工材料：

我公司采用內(nèi)鍍法生產(chǎn)的高精度滾輪，可以制作R0.1小圓弧面、小于1mm齒距的多齒復(fù)雜型面滾輪及高徑比大于1.5、高度大于200mm的強力磨削用大型面滾輪，產(chǎn)品輪廓精度高，是高精度、高效成形磨削的修整工具。

我公司采用外鍍法生產(chǎn)的各類滾輪，用于陶瓷CBN砂輪、內(nèi)圓磨頭的修整，具有修整效率高、直線度好等特點。

Application

ZZSM can produce high precision dressing rollers with inner galvanizing (UZ) methods. For example, we can supply complicated multi-teeth rollers with small radius R0.1 and teeth distance less than 1mm and heavy grinding rollers with height more than 200mm and height diameter ratio bigger than 1.5.This product is the best dressing tool for high precision and high efficiency form grinding.

Our dressing rollers produced with outer galvanizing methods are used for dressing vitrifi ed CBN grinding wheels and internal mounted points. Its features are high dressing effi ciency and good straightness.
