Continuous roll marking
The marking is achieved by a number of revolutions of the marking roll. The marking roll (Typ 40) is bound to a certain work piece diameter.
Application:

?Marking roll usually designed for one work piece only
?The driving knurl can be removed with further processing after the marking operation (e.g. cutting off)
Characteristics:
