刃型：（標(biāo)準(zhǔn)及非標(biāo)準(zhǔn)1-12刃系列銑刀、鉸刀）： 深溝型，圓頭型，端角R型，空芯型，斜刃（錐度）型，長(zhǎng)刃型，鋁、銅專用，分屑槽（粗銑用）.

刃徑：（微小型）φ0.10 mm-φ53.00mm（整體鎢鋼）、φ20.00mm-φ80.00mm(焊刃式).

公差：（標(biāo)準(zhǔn)及非標(biāo)準(zhǔn)）鉆石鎢鋼類刃徑公差高要求的可至±0.001mm(±1μm)的精度范圍，

柄徑公差均為h6以上.

螺旋角：0°、25°、30°、35°、45°、50°、55°、60°.

材種:

● 高耐沖擊鉆石鎢鋼（斷續(xù)切削用）PRA11/VRA201系列。

● 高硬度鉆石鎢鋼（高耐磨用）HRF10/SR10T系列。

● ISO標(biāo)準(zhǔn)鎢鋼類（一般加工用）PR40/PRA5系列。                 

● 高鈷HSCo8（SKH59）、ASP60C德標(biāo)

Tolerance: (standard and non-standard) tolerance of flute diameter of diamond tungsten steel can be up to ±0.001mm (±1μm) high, and tolerance of holder diameter is more than h6.

Grades:

● High-impact-resistant diamond tungsten steel (for intermittent cutting) PRA11/VRA201

● High hardness diamond tungsten steel (for high wear resistance) HRF10/SR10T

● Tungsten steel meeting ISO standard (for general machining) PR40/PRA5

● High cobalt HSCo8(SKH59), ASP60 German standard

Cold-hard machining replacing grinding can improve precision, hard milling replacing grinding can improve efficiency.

(Non-coated diamond steel tooling for high hardness steel machining can replace TiALN coated ultra micro-grain carbide, ceramics.

Miniature and profile compound tooling can be machined according to drawing or sample.
