●本產(chǎn)品系引進(jìn)意大利Baruffaldi公司技術(shù)生產(chǎn)的高性能機(jī)床附件，是數(shù)控車床的附件，特別適宜全功能數(shù)控車床，亦是該車床的核心部分。可多刀夾持，變向轉(zhuǎn)位和任意刀位就近選刀，實(shí)現(xiàn)了加工程序的自動(dòng)化、高效化。
　　●它采用端齒盤作為分度定位元件;分度工位由二進(jìn)制值編碼器識(shí)別。刀架定位與鎖緊由接近開關(guān)發(fā)出信號(hào)，接近開關(guān)與編碼器均可直接與pc(可編程序控制器)聯(lián)機(jī)。它籍以配套的附件刀盤及各種輔助刀夾(車刀夾、鏜刀夾、彈簧夾頭、莫氏刀柄)等可完成各種復(fù)雜工序的加工。各種輔助刀夾可特殊定貨。
　　●為適應(yīng)機(jī)床需要本產(chǎn)品配備5個(gè)規(guī)格，每個(gè)規(guī)格又分8工位和12工位兩種.供用戶選購(gòu)。
　　●AK31 series NC turret produced by technology introduced from Baruffaldi S.P.A.Italy is an important equipment of high performance and key part for full-function NC.lathe.it is designed to hold several tools featuring bidirectional indexing and shortest indexing path.So that automation and high accuracy of operational procedures can be realized.
　　●It utilizes a face gear coupling as indexing mechanism.Indexing sequence is mainly controlled by a binary absolute encoder;Clamping and unclamping of turret are signalled by a proximity switch which is connected together with the encodert to PC.With indespensable matching atachement,turret disc,tool holder(such as turning tool holder,boring tool holder,collet and Morse tool shank),complicated work procedures can be realized.Other tool holders are on special orders.
