●AK33系列數(shù)控轉(zhuǎn)塔動力刀架是我公司在AK36系列液壓伺服刀架基礎(chǔ)上增加動力模塊，自行研發(fā)的新型轉(zhuǎn)塔動力刀架。此刀架作為全功能數(shù)控機(jī)床的重要功能部件，能極大提升機(jī)床的加工能力及加工效率。
　　●本刀架采用端齒盤(三聯(lián)齒盤)作為分度及定位元件，具有結(jié)構(gòu)緊湊、定位精度高，可靠性好，雙向 回轉(zhuǎn)和任意刀位就近選刀等特點。
　　●刀盤及各種輔助刀夾(動力刀夾、車刀夾、鏜刀夾、彈簧夾頭、莫氏刀柄)可根據(jù)客戶要求特殊定做。
　　●AK33 series NC turret is designed by ourselves.It is designed to hold several tools; bidirectionally index and position in the shortest path.Thus automation and high efficiency of operational procedures can be realized.
　　●It utilizes a face gear coupling as indexing mechanism. Indexing sequence is mainly controlled by a binary absolute encoder.It features compact design; high flexibility:high accuracy and reliable performence.With the matching disc, and various supplementanry tool holder,such complicated work procedures as turning,boring, dilling,ａnd milling can be accomplished.
