功能特性: ●用性能穩(wěn)定的工業(yè)電腦為控制中心，Windows 操作系統(tǒng)、人性化設(shè)計軟件，用圖形輔助功能引導(dǎo)編程，操作簡單。 ●機器設(shè)計了兩個加工工位，加工的同時可以在另一一個加工位進行板上或板下等操作，可提高工作效率。 ●采用真空吸緊工件，一次裝夾可完成多種工序的加工。 ●機身、橫梁等采用堅固特殊的重型鋼結(jié)構(gòu)，并經(jīng)過嚴格的熱處理工藝和高精度的加工，保證了機床的穩(wěn)定性。 ●電器元件由品牌SCHNEIDER，、SIEMENS,, DELTA、 TRIO、 ADVANTECH等提供。 ●氣動元件由AIRTAC、SMC等提供。 本機具有銑削、封邊、修邊三個加工單元，每個加工單元既可單獨工作，又可進行多種加工組合。可加工"L"形、圓形、橢圓形、船型等各 種部不規(guī)則板件。 ●銑削采用7.5KW高速電機,轉(zhuǎn)速可達18000rpm,切削速度高。 ●封邊具有輔助壓緊裝置和自動檢測裝置,確保封邊的牢固和接縫的精確度。 ●修邊采用1.8KW高速電機，轉(zhuǎn)速可達12000rpm，確保修邊質(zhì)量。 ● 可安裝安全光柵門保護裝置，確保加工過程中人員的安全。 |
