用途及特點(diǎn)
該機(jī)床是本廠根據(jù)成品活塞環(huán)、錐面環(huán)、桶面環(huán)鍍前需要表面光滑，相鄰邊緣倒角處干凈，而且打磨質(zhì)量好壞直接影響電鍍表面質(zhì)量而設(shè)計(jì)的。國內(nèi)現(xiàn)有活塞環(huán)加工設(shè)備，大部分沒有柔性打磨，而且裝夾后整筒環(huán)中心偏差，即芯桿彎曲等原因直接影響活塞環(huán)表面質(zhì)量。該機(jī)床的大特點(diǎn)是采用柔性裝置使活塞環(huán)表面受到壓力均恒，適應(yīng)性廣，保證大、小環(huán)*加工，走刀速度和移動(dòng)速度分別為伺服電機(jī)和數(shù)控控制。操作簡單、安全可靠，在機(jī)身中部設(shè)定一開一關(guān)二個(gè)按鈕（手動(dòng)時(shí)在電器箱上完成動(dòng)作）加工時(shí)裝有防護(hù)罩。
