用途及特點(diǎn)
本機(jī)床系屬活塞環(huán)內(nèi)圓精車和割R槽數(shù)控機(jī)床，主要用于活塞環(huán)精鏜內(nèi)孔和油環(huán)內(nèi)孔R(shí)槽車加工。加工R槽時(shí)根據(jù)環(huán)高不等同時(shí)加工1-4片環(huán)，保證每片環(huán)R槽一樣深，不偏差（小于0.02mm）。
USES and features
DX15-1 type lathe CNC internal circle. The machine is inside the piston ring round finish turning and cutting R slot CNC machine tool, mainly used for piston ring precision boring hole and oil ring inner hole R tank lorry processing. Machining according to the ring high range at the same time when R slot 1-4 ring, ensure that every piece of ring R as deep groove, no deviation (less than 0.02 mm).
