用途及特點(diǎn)
　　本機(jī)床為縱（Z ）、橫（X ）、斜（C ）三軸控制的數(shù)控臥式車床，專門用于活塞環(huán)外圓表面的精加工。機(jī)床采用的CKA6150 為機(jī)型水平床身，床鞍導(dǎo)軌和下滑板導(dǎo)軌都采取了“貼塑”，大大提高導(dǎo)軌精度并延長(zhǎng)使用壽命。刀架縱向、橫向、斜向移動(dòng)均由交流伺服電機(jī)傳遞給滾珠絲杠，帶動(dòng)床鞍刀架作縱、橫、斜三向運(yùn)動(dòng)，直接代替了雙坐標(biāo)用插補(bǔ)加工外錐面方法，大大減小了角度誤差，提高了表面光潔度。方刀架上安裝了*，可實(shí)現(xiàn)多把刀分組加工，提高了生產(chǎn)效率。
