用途及特點(diǎn)
DX20 型活塞環(huán)數(shù)控側(cè)邊定位磨床是集國(guó)內(nèi)外目前手動(dòng)機(jī)床之優(yōu)點(diǎn)，采用數(shù)控裝置和伺服電機(jī)自行設(shè)計(jì)制造的自動(dòng)機(jī)床。其特點(diǎn)有：
1 、利用伺服電機(jī)和滾珠絲桿及直線軸承將活塞環(huán)通過(guò)過(guò)渡套一并送進(jìn)加工套里（約80mm 軸向長(zhǎng)度）。即壓料系統(tǒng)和送料系統(tǒng)（二軸）。
2 、完成好送料后，由伺服電機(jī)保持環(huán)的軸向位置不變。再由推料伺服電機(jī)將環(huán)推到成型金剛石砂輪上方進(jìn)行磨加工。
3 、砂輪形狀可根據(jù)加工環(huán)圓弧大小而定制，砂輪高低可調(diào)整（微調(diào)）。
4 、本機(jī)床采用廣數(shù)980 數(shù)控系統(tǒng)，日本安川伺服電機(jī)和驅(qū)動(dòng)器。
5 、電氣柜采用熱交換器（空調(diào)）制冷，除濕。
6 、本機(jī)床砂輪處備有吸塵口，由客戶進(jìn)行除塵接口。
USES and features
DX20 piston ring type nc side positioning is grinding machine with the advantages of the manual machine tools at home and abroad, using numerical control device and servo motor design and manufacturing of special automatic machine. Its characteristics are:
1, using the servo motor and ball screw and linear bearing ring through the transition set together in processing set in axial length (80 mm). The pressure feeding system and feeding system (axis).
2, after completion, good feeding by the servo motor to keep the ring axial position unchanged. By pushing servo motor will ring again pushed to the above shape diamond grinding wheel for grinding.
