用途及特點(diǎn)
　　SKTM型梯形活塞環(huán)端面磨床是在本廠生產(chǎn)的JK3M8320型數(shù)控梯形活塞環(huán)端面磨床的基礎(chǔ)上，充分考慮了國內(nèi)活塞環(huán)制造廠的生產(chǎn)情況和承受能力，并結(jié)合吸取了國外進(jìn)口設(shè)備優(yōu)點(diǎn)和相關(guān)加工技術(shù)，改型設(shè)計(jì)，開發(fā)研制出來的。彌補(bǔ)了過去磨床的外觀、剛度、導(dǎo)軌耐磨、磨頭軸承化、下料操作不方便等不足。電氣柜裝有熱交換器，確保系統(tǒng)正常運(yùn)行。本機(jī)床夾具體可直接用本身砂輪圓周來修整，這樣就為工件的加工精度提供了可靠的保證。滾珠絲桿和導(dǎo)軌付全部裝有潤滑點(diǎn), 延長了機(jī)床使用壽命。

USES and features
