　　該機(jī)床是本公司根據(jù)活塞環(huán)鍍前需要表面光滑，相鄰邊緣倒角處干凈，對(duì)減少漏光有明顯作用，而且打磨質(zhì)量好壞直接影響電鍍表面質(zhì)量而設(shè)計(jì)的。國(guó)內(nèi)現(xiàn)有活塞環(huán)加工設(shè)備，大部分沒(méi)有柔性打磨，而且裝夾后整筒環(huán)中心有偏差，即芯桿彎曲等原因直接影響活塞環(huán)表面質(zhì)量。該機(jī)床大的特點(diǎn)是鍍后打磨采用柔性裝置使活塞環(huán)表面受到壓力均衡，對(duì)消除鉻瘤有明顯作用。該機(jī)床操作簡(jiǎn)單，安全可靠，適應(yīng)性廣。
