用途及特點
該機床是本公司根據(jù)活塞環(huán)鍍前需要表面光滑，相鄰邊緣倒角處干凈，對減少漏光有明顯作用，而且打磨質(zhì)量好壞直接影響電鍍表面質(zhì)量而設(shè)計的。國內(nèi)現(xiàn)有活塞環(huán)加工設(shè)備，大部分沒有柔性打磨，而且裝夾后整筒環(huán)中心有偏差，即芯桿彎曲等原因直接影響活塞環(huán)表面質(zhì)量。該機床大的特點是鍍后打磨采用柔性裝置使活塞環(huán)表面受到壓力均衡，對消除鉻瘤有明顯作用。該機床操作簡單，安全可靠，適應(yīng)性廣。
USES and features
DXDM - 1180 type piston ring special grinding machine. The machine is our company according to the requirements of the piston ring before plating surface is smooth, the adjacent edge chamfer clean place, has obvious effect to reduce light-leaking, and grinding quality directly affects the quality of plating surface. Domestic existing piston ring processing equipment, most flexible polishing, and whole after clamping cylinder ring center has a deviation, namely core rod bending of directly affect the surface quality of the piston ring. The most obvious feature of the machine tool is polished after plating using the flexible device surface of piston rings pressure equilibrium, has obvious effect to remove chromium tumor.
