機床結構特點：

5、 三軸滾珠螺桿采中空冷卻溫度控制、高剛性之組裝，確保機臺之定位及重復精度。(選配)

6、 三軸配置扭力限制聯(lián)軸器，設定扭力安全限制，保護傳動機構，避免過負載之風險。

7、 緊湊的空間規(guī)劃利用，加工范圍大，占地面積小。

8、 主軸采用*的HSK高速主軸，確保加工模具產(chǎn)品的精度和光潔度。

Machine structure features:

• The cross-beam box-type symmetrical structure design, large row of the four-track configuration, headstock is placed in the box. The symmetrical structure of the box minimizes the impact on environmental temperature change.
• The one-piece of base and workbench makes good load capacity. The triaxial movement is not affected by the weight of the workpiece to ensure machining accuracy and quality.

4. X-axis adopts double-servo drive and double optical scale feedback create smooth operation so as to fully control the dynamic accuracy.

5. Three-axis ball screw uses hollow cooling temperature control, high-rigidity assembly, to ensure the positioning and repeatability of the machine.(Options)

6. Three-axis configuration torque limited coupling, the torque safety restrictions are set to protect the transmission and avoid the risk of overload.

7. Compact space planning and utilization makes a wide processing range and the smallest floor area.

8. The spindle adopts imported HSK high-speed spindle to ensure the accuracy and smoothness of the processed mold product.
