鑄件經(jīng)由有限元素分析法電腦計(jì)算分析,合理的結(jié)構(gòu)強(qiáng)度及加強(qiáng)肋力的搭配,提供機(jī)械高強(qiáng)度。
采用BALL BAR循環(huán)測(cè)量,預(yù)先調(diào)整參數(shù),可得精度。
主軸箱采用內(nèi)層加強(qiáng)筋,在運(yùn)動(dòng)及加工過程中避免大的震動(dòng),保證表面光潔度及加工精度,外三層肋條結(jié)構(gòu),加強(qiáng)主軸頭剛性,消減震動(dòng),提高加工精度。
Castings are calculated and analyzed by computer based on the finite element analysis method. Reasonable structural strength and the combination of strengthening ribs provide high mechanical strength.
BALLBAR cycle measurement is used to adjust the parameters in advance to obtain the best accuracy.
The main shaft box adopts inner ribs to avoid large vibrations during movement and processing to ensure surface smoothness and machining accuracy. The outer three-layer rib structure enhances the sifness of the spindle head, eliminates vibration damping, and mproves machining accuracy.
