德國Elektrophysik（EPK）PENTEST筆式涂層測厚儀------新一代拉拔式涂層測厚儀，PENTEST是德國EPK公司新推出的一款堅固的筆試涂層測厚儀 應(yīng)用磁吸力原理，用于快速無損簡便地測量鐵基體上的非磁性涂層，如鋼鐵上的涂料、搪瓷等。測量范圍25 - 700μm。PENTEST手持式筆式涂層測厚儀可保持保留*后一個讀數(shù)，測量原理符合DIN EN ISO 2178.不需要電池或其他電源。設(shè)計為鋼筆樣式，便于攜帶，可在任何地點任何時間進行測量，只需將儀器*放在干燥的油漆涂層上即可。使用你的拇指，使其與被測表面緊密接觸。 然后小心地拉起黑色滑塊，直到磁鐵離開涂層表面。

Dry film pull-off gauge
Featuring a patented HOLD mechanism,this dry film gauge keeps the thicknessindicator in place for easy reading. TheHOLD mechanism can be used as a“memory" for the last reading. Majorapplications are quick-check measurementson steel constructions, paintedsteel panels and all kinds of steel substrates.Measuring principle according toDIN EN ISO 2178. No batteries or otherpower supply required.
Easy to use:
Designed as a pen with a pocket clip, thegauge is ready for use at any place ortime. Just place the tip of the gauge ontothe dry paint coating as shown on thephoto.Use your thumb to give it a firm contactto the surface to be measured.
Then pullup carefully the black slide until the magnetlifts off from the coating surface.Read coating thickness in microns on the50 mm long scale, longer than the scaleof any other pull-off gauge.
