船用三輥卷板機

◆機器的上輥在兩個下輥中心對稱處通過液壓缸里的液壓油作上下垂直運動,即液壓傳動;兩個下輥作旋轉(zhuǎn)運動,由電機通過
減速器和開式齒輪驅(qū)動下輥旋轉(zhuǎn),使鋼板彎曲:下輥和底座之間有多組支撐輥,可提高下輥的剛度，可垂直調(diào)節(jié);在上輥的頂
部有一橫梁,橫梁和上輥之間有多組支撐輥,可提高上輥的剛度。本卷板機適合做寬弧形工件。

There are many sets of support rollers in the space from the beam the upper roller which can improve rigidity of upper roller. The rolling plate machine suit for making wide arc type work piece.
