性能特點(diǎn)：
★主機(jī)采用WC67K系列折彎?rùn)C(jī)，選用荷蘭DELEM公司的折彎?rùn)C(jī)數(shù)控系統(tǒng)，控制(x，y)二軸(x軸分辨率0.1，y軸分辨率0.01)。也可根據(jù)用戶要求，控制7＋1軸。并有*的人機(jī)對(duì)話，CRT圖像顯示，能自動(dòng)編制折彎加工工藝，(具有CAD/CAM功能)。根據(jù)用戶要求，也可選配DA-60系列和液壓伺服系統(tǒng)。
★采用電子－液壓比例伺服同步系統(tǒng)，滑塊行程內(nèi)可任意點(diǎn)控制，重復(fù)精度達(dá)±0.1，平行度達(dá)0.02。
★上模配有撓度補(bǔ)償機(jī)構(gòu)，250噸以上采用下模補(bǔ)償機(jī)構(gòu)。
★配用荷蘭DELEM公司(也可配用瑞士CYBELEC公司)的電腦系統(tǒng)，光柵尺、液壓系統(tǒng)閥組總成、伺服電機(jī)均*，性能可靠。
★具有*抗偏能力。滑塊行程(Y1、Y2)，后擋料部分(X、R、Z)均由電腦自動(dòng)控制。
★后擋料總成采用進(jìn)口高精度滾珠絲桿、直線導(dǎo)軌，重復(fù)精度高。
★可特制七軸以上數(shù)控機(jī)、機(jī)械手或板料柔性加工中心等。
Performance of Brake：
★The main axle is equipped with WC67K series brake & Netherlandish Delem CO. Press brake control system, the resolusion of X axis is 0.1mm, Y axis is 0.01mm. It has advanced dialogue between man and machine, CRT picture display & automatic programming folding process (CAD/CAM function), It can also equipped with DA-60 series CNC and hydraulic server system by request of customers.
★Electro-hydraulic proportional server synchronization, optionaI point within stroke can be controlled. Repeat precission：±0.1, Parallelism：0.02.
★Fexibility compensation installed on the top die. The machine above 250 tons adopts bottom die compensation.
★Epuipped with special computer of Delem CO., Hollａnd (Cyblec CO., Swiss) and imports including linear transducer, assembly of hydraulic valve and server motor, Good resistance to maintenance and strong ability of deviationg resistance.
★Ram stroke (Y1，Y2) and backgauge (X，R，Z) are controlled by computer automaticlly.
★Backgauge adopts ball-bearing rod and rolling guideway, features quick transformation and high repeat precision.
★NC machines above seven axes, front-feed system mechanical hａnd or plate flexible manufacturing center can be specially manufactured.
