QC11K數(shù)控液壓閘式剪板機
產(chǎn)品特點:
1.機架采用有限元分析設(shè)計,鋼板整體焊接結(jié)構(gòu),有很好的剛性和穩(wěn)定性。
2.機架采用大型數(shù)控鏜銑床整體加工,保證剪切精度和質(zhì)量。
3.刀架采用滾動導(dǎo)輪支撐,消除剪切間隙,提高剪切精度。
4.采用四刃剪刀,大大提高剪刀使用壽命。
5.刃口間隙手輪調(diào)節(jié),刻度盤顯示,調(diào)整簡單、直觀、準(zhǔn)確。
6.剪切行程可無級調(diào)節(jié),以提高剪切效率。
7.采用串聯(lián)式油缸同步系統(tǒng),蓄能缸回程,工作平穩(wěn)可靠。
8.標(biāo)配ESTUN21S剪板機數(shù)控系統(tǒng),精度高,簡單易用。
