※機(jī)床床身采用澆鑄件,結(jié)構(gòu)緊湊，變形小。
※機(jī)床導(dǎo)軌采用十字交叉式滾柱導(dǎo)軌。剛性強(qiáng)，滑動(dòng)性能好。
※機(jī)床進(jìn)給系統(tǒng)采用日本三菱伺服系統(tǒng)控制，進(jìn)給精度高。
※機(jī)床進(jìn)給絲桿采用高精度滾珠絲桿。
※機(jī)床參數(shù)的設(shè)置、調(diào)整，采用觸摸屏形式，可實(shí)現(xiàn)人機(jī)對(duì)話。
※磨具的往復(fù)運(yùn)動(dòng)由液壓控制，能實(shí)現(xiàn)無(wú)級(jí)調(diào)速。
