※機床采用整體鑄造床身,采用高強度低應力鑄鐵材料，剛性強，穩(wěn)定性高。
※機床工作臺采用平面加V型貼塑滑動導軌作支承，運行平穩(wěn)、剛性強、低速運動無爬行。
※砂輪進給機構導軌均采用雙V型可預加負荷十字交叉鋼導軌作支承，精度高、剛性強。隨動性優(yōu)良。
※采用高速大功率電動砂輪主軸，由高頻靜止變頻器供電，耗能少.振動小剛性強。
※采用西門子、三菱或法那科等數(shù)控系統(tǒng)，兩軸均由伺服電機控制，有很強的編程功能，可是現(xiàn)兩軸聯(lián)動和插補功能。
※機床標配三爪自定心卡盤，也可選配多種夾具，用于批量生產(chǎn)。
