1769-L33ERMOS/ABPLC拆機件
在現(xiàn)代煙氣脫硫技術(shù)中，存在干法、濕法兩種脫硫方法；本文所涉及的這套控制系統(tǒng)是基于濕法中的雙堿法脫硫技術(shù)而制作的。山東菏明石化6#、7#爐所使用的這套脫硫電氣控制系統(tǒng)是由筆者自行設計的，設計這套控制系統(tǒng)的目的在于：
(1)方便運行人員的操作，由于現(xiàn)場存在很多零碎的設備：渣漿泵、攪拌機、循環(huán)泵、控制閥、灰?guī)斓龋\行人員要想做到有的放矢、從容不迫就需要一個靈活的操作空間；
(2)plc控制系統(tǒng)的應用減少了這些零碎設備的事故發(fā)生率，減少了脫硫運行成本；
(3)實時監(jiān)控，方便存儲記錄，達到自動運行和手動相結(jié)合的效果。

開發(fā)新能源和可再生資源是*面臨的共同課題，在新能源中，太陽能發(fā)電已成為發(fā)展的技術(shù)。太陽能作為一種清潔無污染的能源，開發(fā)前景十分廣闊。然而由于太陽存在著間隙性，光照強度隨著時間不斷變化等問題，這對太陽能的收集和利用裝置提出了更高的要求。目前很多太陽能電池板陣列基本都是固定的，不能充分利用太陽能資源，發(fā)電效率低下。據(jù)測試，在太陽能電池板陣列中，相同條件下采用自動跟蹤系統(tǒng)發(fā)電設備要比固定發(fā)電設備的發(fā)電量提高35%左右。
