1769-OB16P/ABPLC拆機(jī)件
上位機(jī)提供一個(gè)人機(jī)交互界面，使操作人員可以通過上位機(jī)和模擬屏直觀的了解現(xiàn)場各工藝參數(shù)及故障報(bào)警，發(fā)出相應(yīng)的控制指令。大容量存儲(chǔ)器記錄歷史數(shù)據(jù)。控制核心采用plc，編程后的plc能夠按照內(nèi)部程序?qū)ο到y(tǒng)進(jìn)行實(shí)時(shí)監(jiān)控，程序啟停現(xiàn)場設(shè)備。
控制提升泵站、沉砂池、氧化溝、二沉池、回流污泥泵站的所有設(shè)備及傳感器，剩余污泥泵站、儲(chǔ)泥池、加藥間、脫水間的所有設(shè)備及傳感器。
操作人員通過上位機(jī)向plc發(fā)出相應(yīng)的控制指令后，由plc對現(xiàn)場進(jìn)行直接控制。此時(shí)即便上位機(jī)出現(xiàn)故障(如死機(jī)、掉電等)，也不會(huì)影響系統(tǒng)的正常工作，plc能夠?qū)ΜF(xiàn)場的設(shè)備進(jìn)行欲處理。
