1756-MVI/ABPLC模塊
采用了PLC改造GK1F機(jī)車電氣控制系統(tǒng),改變了機(jī)車傳統(tǒng)的電氣控制方式。PLC的輸入、輸出部分和固態(tài)繼電器均有發(fā)光二極管顯示,方便了檢修人員查找電氣故障,提高了檢修效率,進(jìn)而提高了機(jī)車?yán)寐省W愿脑熘两耠姎夤收洗蟠鬁p小,設(shè)備利用率提高經(jīng)濟(jì)效益顯著。
但在我們也應(yīng)當(dāng)看到,我們對(duì)PLC的應(yīng)用還是比較初級(jí)的。在狀態(tài)檢測(cè)和狀態(tài)記錄、無級(jí)調(diào)速的步進(jìn)控制(直接采用PLC控制,取消原來的電子調(diào)速控制箱),以及人機(jī)界面的適時(shí)顯示均是空白。隨著技術(shù)的提高,我們不應(yīng)當(dāng)滿足現(xiàn)有的改造,應(yīng)當(dāng)在上述方面進(jìn)行進(jìn)一步的提高,從而創(chuàng)造更大的經(jīng)濟(jì)價(jià)值
