機(jī)型特點(diǎn):

1.床身采用鋼結(jié)構(gòu)無縫焊接，整機(jī)振動(dòng)時(shí)效處理，鋼性強(qiáng)，不變形。整套工業(yè)鑄鐵床身結(jié)構(gòu)件，性能穩(wěn)定，不變形，使用壽命長。

2.X、Y、Z軸均采用中國臺灣原裝PMI方形直線導(dǎo)軌，雙排四列滾珠滑塊，承重力大，運(yùn)行平穩(wěn)，充分保證機(jī)床加工精度和耐磨性，使用壽命長。

3.X、Y、Z軸均采用中國臺灣TBI原裝精密研磨滾珠絲杠，進(jìn)口聯(lián)軸器連接，精度高，下刀精準(zhǔn)，充分保證機(jī)床運(yùn)行速度及精度。A軸采用中國臺灣行星減速機(jī)，比傳統(tǒng)的渦輪渦桿方式精度高，回差小，加工效果光順。

4.四軸均采用日本安川5系大功率高精度伺服驅(qū)動(dòng)系統(tǒng)，扭矩大，精度高，速度快，性能穩(wěn)定；

5.標(biāo)準(zhǔn)配置八機(jī)頭，使生產(chǎn)批量化，大大提高生產(chǎn)效率，降低加工成本。

6.工件采用氣動(dòng)夾持，一鍵式自動(dòng)增壓鎖緊，上下頂針固定，以確保工件加持穩(wěn)固，防止加工過程中工件錯(cuò)位導(dǎo)致工件損壞，裝夾速度快。

7.主軸采用2.2KW恒轉(zhuǎn)矩水冷主軸，可無級調(diào)速，6000~24000rpm/min，扭矩大，散熱好，免維護(hù)，主軸變頻系統(tǒng)采用深圳四方高性能變頻器，性能穩(wěn)定，提速快，無級可調(diào)，濾波抗干擾系統(tǒng)，抗電波干擾強(qiáng)。
