不銹鋼焊絲的選用
MIG及TIG焊接方法主要以純Ar作為保護(hù)氣體,熔池中的合金氧化很少,使得焊接接頭具有優(yōu)異的綜合理化性能;但可能有損焊接效率。
不銹鋼的性能很大程度上取決于成分。不銹鋼埋弧焊絲的成份設(shè)計(jì)都考慮了由于焊接時(shí)合金的燒損。該系列焊絲的選擇應(yīng)以被焊母材成份為準(zhǔn),選用相同的合金體系;焊絲成份盡量接近(等于或稍高于) 母材成份。合金體系的不同對(duì)不銹鋼性能 (如延展性、耐腐蝕性、抗裂性等) 影響是巨大的,應(yīng)關(guān)注。
