· 注意事項(xiàng):
卡盤夾緊或松開操作時(shí)，配氣環(huán)上的兩個特制密封圈箍緊缸體外圓，所以卡盤的松開和夾緊必須在機(jī)床主軸停止旋轉(zhuǎn)時(shí)進(jìn)行。

· CAUTION:
When clamping and releasing the chuck，the two special sealing rings on the valve ring block the cylinder outer circle.Therefore，the loosening and
clamping operations of the chuck must be carried out when the spindle of the machine stops rotating.

注：1. 單爪行程=快速行程+夾緊行程，快速行程不能用于央緊。

2. 在氣路中應(yīng)配置減壓閥、氣液分離器、油霧器等氣動元件，以提高卡盤壽命。

3. 卡盤的換向閥應(yīng)選用中位泄壓式三位五通雙氣控制閥，只有在泄壓狀態(tài)下才能旋轉(zhuǎn)工作。

1.Single stroke== fast stroke+clamping stroke, fast stroke can not be used for clamping.
2.Pneumatic components such as pressure reducing valve, gas-liquid separator and oil sprayer shall be equipped in the gas path to improve the life of the chuck.
