二、組成部分
數(shù)控開榫機由CNC數(shù)控系統(tǒng)、機身、工作臺、主軸系統(tǒng)、傳動系統(tǒng)、潤滑裝置幾部分構(gòu)成。
機身詳解
1、機身和工作臺均采用優(yōu)質(zhì)鑄鐵，外殼采用優(yōu)質(zhì)鋼材，鍛壓、焊接、涂裝上都采用優(yōu)質(zhì)材料和工藝，機體耐銹蝕、耐壓力、耐震動、耐磨性能都非常優(yōu)異，保證了機器的穩(wěn)定性。
2、CNC數(shù)控系統(tǒng)由電腦主機、數(shù)控裝置、驅(qū)動裝置、檢測裝置、輔助控制裝置等構(gòu)成，現(xiàn)在采用的CNC數(shù)控系統(tǒng)是華洲在吸收技術(shù)的基礎(chǔ)上自主研發(fā)的數(shù)控系統(tǒng)，在十幾年的生產(chǎn)銷售過程中，不斷進行優(yōu)化升級，使CNC數(shù)控系統(tǒng)更加貼合木工行業(yè)的生產(chǎn)特點，這套系統(tǒng)在國內(nèi)數(shù)控行業(yè)內(nèi)也處于技術(shù)地位。
3、主軸系統(tǒng)和傳動系統(tǒng)都配備伺服電機，主軸采用的是風(fēng)冷主軸，電機采用的日 本進口或者國產(chǎn)品牌伺服電機，跟低端伺服電機或步進電機相比精度更高質(zhì)量更好，導(dǎo)軌絲桿采用的是中國臺灣TBI或CSK的，是行業(yè)內(nèi)的。
4、配備有潤滑油壺，自動為機器添加潤滑油，保證機器一直以良好狀態(tài)運轉(zhuǎn)。
5、配有氣動裝置，工件均以氣動液壓桿固定，通過數(shù)控系統(tǒng)控制，裝取工件非常方便，而且固定效果更好。
三、適用于加工哪些產(chǎn)品
適用于加工各種類型的直榫、公母榫、插肩榫、粽角榫等三十幾多種榫頭榫眼樣式，對各種形狀榫頭榫眼都可以很輕松的加工。
四、機器性能優(yōu)勢
1、加工效率高：每次加工兩根工件（雙工位，輪流工作），8秒到20秒不等（榫頭大小、木材硬度而定），效率是傳統(tǒng)機械的2到3倍。

Compared with low-end servo motors or stepping motors, the precision is higher and the quality is better. The guide screw adopts Taiwan TBI or CSK, which is one of the best brands in the industry.
4. Equipped with lubricating oil pot, it automatically adds lubricating oil to the machine to ensure that the machine runs in good condition all the time.
5. Equipped with pneumatic device, the workpieces are fixed by pneumatic hydraulic rod. Controlled by NC system, it is very convenient to install and take workpieces, and the fixing effect is better.
3、 Which products are suitable for processing
It is suitable for processing more than 30 kinds of tenon and tenon styles such as various types of straight tenon, male and female tenon, shoulder mortise and Zongjiao tenon. It can easily process tenon and tenon of various shapes.
