D6數(shù)控六面鉆適用于板式家具的掃描、打孔、銑型、開槽等加工。雙夾鉗設(shè)計，一次裝夾，即可全自動加工六面孔、雙面槽，精度好，效率高。

主要配套電子鋸或開料機(jī)使用，前端只需開料或配套開槽，后端打孔輔助開槽，正常情況下一臺高速開料機(jī)配套一臺六面鉆，日均產(chǎn)量在300平方以上。

后置后出料系統(tǒng)，配套回轉(zhuǎn)線傳送帶與工業(yè)機(jī)器人，可實(shí)現(xiàn)與其他設(shè)備對接配套，達(dá)到自動化、智能化生產(chǎn)加工，可實(shí)現(xiàn)定制化板式家具的高效生產(chǎn)。

Application

D6 CNC automatic six-sided drilling machine is suitable for scanning, drilling, milling and slotting of panel furniture. With double clamp design and once clamping, the machine can automatically process six-sided drilling and double-sided grooving with good accuracy and high efficiency.

Working with electronic panel saw or CNC cutting router, the front-end machine only need to cut material or matching slotting, the rear-end machine only need to drill holes and auxiliary milling slots. Under normal conditions a high-speed CNC router matching with a six-sided drilling machine, the average daily output could be over 300 square meters.

The rear material unloading system, with the conveyor belt and the industrial robot can be matched with other equipment to achieve automatic and intelligent production and realize efficient production of customized plate furnitur.
