美國泰樂TYLER進口阻火器分為阻爆燃型、波紋型、抽屜型、網(wǎng)型、儲罐型等幾大類,其主要功能是允許易燃易爆的氣體通過，對外界傳入儲罐的火焰起有阻止與窒息作用,防止外部火焰竄入存有易燃易爆氣體的設(shè)備、管道內(nèi)或阻止火焰在設(shè)備、管道間蔓延的產(chǎn)品,同時阻火器也可以使用在有明火設(shè)備的管線上，以防止回火事故。

應(yīng)用范圍-

阻火器適用于可燃?xì)怏w的汽油、煤油、輕柴油、笨、甲笨、原油、芳烴、硫、氫氧液化類等管道或輸送可燃性氣體的管道上、火炬系統(tǒng)、易燃易爆溶劑系統(tǒng)、氣體凈化通化系統(tǒng)、氣體分析系統(tǒng)、油氣回收系統(tǒng)、煤礦瓦斯排放系統(tǒng)、加油站設(shè)備、加熱爐燃料氣的管網(wǎng)上，也可用在乙炔、甲烷、丙烷、乙烯氧氣、氮氣、天然氣、沼氣、放空管道、廢氣的管道上,同時可安裝在儲罐上與呼吸閥可以配套使用。

選型特點-

不同公稱直徑的阻爆型阻火器，所要求的距火源zui小安裝距離要對襯;

選用阻火器其安全阻火速度應(yīng)大于安裝位置可能達到的火焰?zhèn)鞑ニ俣?

與燃燒器連接的可燃?xì)怏w輸送管道，在無其它防回火設(shè)施時，應(yīng)設(shè)阻火器;

阻止以亞音速傳播的火焰，應(yīng)使用阻爆燃型阻火器，其安裝位置宜靠近火源;

阻止以音速或超音速傳播的火焰應(yīng)使用阻爆型阻火器，其安裝位置應(yīng)遠離火源;

在寒冷地區(qū)使用的阻火器，應(yīng)選用部分或整體帶加熱套的殼體，也可采用其它伴熱方式;

在特殊情況下，可根據(jù)需要選用設(shè)有沖洗管、壓力計、溫度計、排污口等接口的阻火器;

安裝于管端的阻火器，公稱直徑小于50MM時采用螺紋連接; 公稱直徑大于50MM時，應(yīng)采用法蘭連接;

安裝于管道中的阻火器，應(yīng)采用法蘭連接;

安裝于管端的阻火器，應(yīng)帶有可自動開啟的防雨通風(fēng)罩;

儲罐之間氣相連通管道各支管上的阻火器應(yīng)選用阻爆型;

儲罐頂部的油氣排放管道，應(yīng)在與罐頂?shù)倪B接處選用阻爆型阻火器;

儲罐頂部保護性氣體及油氣排放管道的集合管上應(yīng)選用阻爆型阻火器;

緊急放空管應(yīng)設(shè)置阻爆燃型阻火器。

裝卸設(shè)施的油氣排放或回收總管與各支線的氣相管道之間應(yīng)設(shè)置帶接管阻爆型阻火器;

可燃?xì)怏w放空管道在接入火炬前，若設(shè)置阻火器時，應(yīng)選用阻爆型阻火器。

Application scope -

Selection characteristics -
