GJT30K型齒輪加熱器適用于齒輪、齒圈、端蓋、聯(lián)軸器等快速加熱
| 一、齒輪加熱器用途： GJT30系列加熱器，主要用于齒輪金屬件進(jìn)行加熱，使之膨脹，以滿足過盈裝配或拆卸的需要。 二、齒輪加熱器結(jié)構(gòu)與工作原理 ● 結(jié)構(gòu) GJT30系列加熱器由干式自冷工頻感應(yīng)加熱裝置（以下簡稱主機(jī)）與控制設(shè)備組成。 ● 工作原理 1、短路加熱： 主機(jī)為一特殊結(jié)構(gòu)的變壓器，可移動的軛鐵用以直接穿套軸承或其它被加熱工件。工作時，接通主機(jī)電源，工件（相當(dāng)于副邊饒組）中感應(yīng)產(chǎn)生短路電流而被加熱。 2、渦流加熱： 被加熱工件與主機(jī)的鐵芯組成一閉合的磁回路，工作時，工件中通過主機(jī)的磁力線產(chǎn)生渦流而被快速加熱。 三、GJT30K齒輪加熱器優(yōu)點： ● 提高效率 工作效率提高4倍以上，操作人員減少80% ； ● 降低成本 節(jié)電70%以上，節(jié)油*，節(jié)約廠房占地面積60%以上 ； ● 保護(hù)環(huán)境：無油汽油污染空氣，有利于環(huán)境改善和工作人員的身體健康。 ●提升品質(zhì)： 加熱均勻，工件表面清潔，硬度不變，自動退磁符合JB/T6641-2007 標(biāo)準(zhǔn) ； ● 運(yùn)行可靠：操作方便、安全，設(shè)備故障率級低，主機(jī)三包18個月，絕緣達(dá)B級 ；

GJT30-type induction heater is characterized by the following:
