設(shè)備用途
本設(shè)備主要用于法蘭、盤類、環(huán)件等圓形工件的鉆孔加工，是雙主軸、雙回轉(zhuǎn)工作臺(tái)法蘭鉆床，法蘭鉆孔設(shè)備。兩個(gè)動(dòng)力頭獨(dú)立控制，兩個(gè)主軸可同時(shí)鉆孔，也可單獨(dú)鉆孔。可實(shí)現(xiàn)鉆通孔、盲孔，機(jī)床加工過程數(shù)字控制，操作十分方便。能實(shí)現(xiàn)自動(dòng)化、高精度、多品種、大批量生產(chǎn)。輸入孔的個(gè)數(shù)n，設(shè)置要加工孔所在分度圓的半徑r，即可自動(dòng)加工，傻瓜型機(jī)器，、性價(jià)比高！
設(shè)備特點(diǎn)
本設(shè)備主要有2個(gè)回轉(zhuǎn)工作臺(tái)、2個(gè)鉆削動(dòng)力頭、自動(dòng)排屑器和循環(huán)冷卻裝置、氣動(dòng)系統(tǒng)、電氣系統(tǒng)等組成。滾動(dòng)直線導(dǎo)軌副支撐和導(dǎo)向、精密絲杠副驅(qū)動(dòng)，機(jī)床具有較高的定位精度和重復(fù)定位精度。
