壓力開(kāi)關(guān)主要類(lèi)別包括常開(kāi)式和常閉式。主要特點(diǎn)是:

特點(diǎn):耐久性及耐振性較波登管好,接斷差可調(diào)范圍大,主要材質(zhì)有不銹鋼、磷青銅等,相對(duì)較高,但可測(cè)壓力范圍較小,zui大為40MPa(CB33)2.2膜片

VICKERS威格士壓力開(kāi)關(guān)SG307-F-350壓力開(kāi)關(guān)的工作原理:是當(dāng)系統(tǒng)內(nèi)壓力高于或低于額定的安全壓力時(shí),感應(yīng)器內(nèi)碟片瞬時(shí)發(fā)生移動(dòng),通過(guò)連接導(dǎo)桿推動(dòng)開(kāi)關(guān)接頭接通或斷開(kāi),當(dāng)壓力降至或升額定的恢復(fù)值時(shí),碟片瞬復(fù)位,開(kāi)關(guān)自動(dòng)復(fù)位,或者簡(jiǎn)單的說(shuō)是當(dāng)被測(cè)壓力超過(guò)額定值時(shí),彈性元件的自由端產(chǎn)生位移,直接或經(jīng)過(guò)比較后推動(dòng)開(kāi)關(guān)元件,改變開(kāi)關(guān)元件的通斷狀態(tài),達(dá)到控制被測(cè)壓力的目的。
