REXROTH德國力士樂葉片泵的管理要點除需防干轉(zhuǎn)和過載、防吸入空氣和吸入真空度過大外,還應注意:
1.泵轉(zhuǎn)向改變,則其吸排方向也改變?nèi)~片泵都有規(guī)定的轉(zhuǎn)向,不允許反。因為轉(zhuǎn)子葉槽有傾斜,葉片有倒角,葉片底部與排油腔通,配油盤上的節(jié)流槽和吸、排口是按既定轉(zhuǎn)向設計。可逆轉(zhuǎn)的葉片泵必須專門設計。
2.葉片泵裝配 配油盤與定子用定位銷正確定位,葉片、轉(zhuǎn)子、配油盤都不得裝反,定子內(nèi)表面吸入?yún)^(qū)部分zui易磨損,必要時可將其翻轉(zhuǎn)安裝,以使原吸入?yún)^(qū)變?yōu)榕懦鰠^(qū)而繼續(xù)使用。
3.拆裝 注意工作表面清潔,工作時油液應很好過濾。
4. 葉片在葉槽中的間隙太大會使漏泄增加,太小則葉片不能自由伸縮,會導致工作失常。
5.葉片泵的軸向間隙 對ηv影響很大。
1)小型泵-0.015~0.03mm
2)中型泵-0.02~0.045mm
6.油液的溫度和粘度 一般不宜超過55℃,粘度要求在17~37mm2/s之間。粘度太大則吸油困難;粘度太小則漏泄嚴重。
一、單作用葉片泵的工作原理
泵由轉(zhuǎn)子1、定子2、葉片3、配油盤和端蓋等部件所組成。定子的內(nèi)表面是圓柱形孔。轉(zhuǎn)子和定子之間存在著偏心。葉片在轉(zhuǎn)子的槽內(nèi)可靈活滑動,在轉(zhuǎn)子轉(zhuǎn)動時的離心力以及通入葉片根部壓力油的作用下,葉片頂部貼緊在定子內(nèi)表面上,于是兩相鄰葉片、配油盤、定子和轉(zhuǎn)子間便形成了一個個密封的工作腔。當轉(zhuǎn)子按逆時針方向旋轉(zhuǎn)時,圖右側(cè)的葉片向外伸出,密封工作腔容積逐漸增大,產(chǎn)生真空,于是通過吸油口6和配油盤5上窗口將油吸入。而在圖的左側(cè)。葉片往里縮進,密封腔的容積逐漸縮小,密封腔中的油液經(jīng)配油盤另一窗口和壓油口1被壓出而輸出到系統(tǒng)中去。這種泵在轉(zhuǎn)子轉(zhuǎn)一轉(zhuǎn)過程中,吸油壓油各一次,故稱單作用泵。轉(zhuǎn)子受到徑向液壓不平衡作用力,故又稱非平衡式泵,其軸承負載較大。改變定子和轉(zhuǎn)子間的偏心量,便可改變泵的排量,故這種泵都是變量泵。
二、雙作用葉片泵的工作原理
它的作用原理和單作用葉片泵相似,不同之處只在于定子表面是由兩段長半徑圓弧、兩段短半徑圓弧和四段過渡曲線八個部分組成,且定子和轉(zhuǎn)子是同心的。在圖示轉(zhuǎn)子順時針方向旋轉(zhuǎn)的情況下,密封工作腔的容積在左上角和右下角處逐漸增大,為吸油區(qū),在左下角和右上角處逐漸減小,為壓油區(qū);吸油區(qū)和壓油區(qū)之間有一段封油區(qū)把它們隔開。這種泵的轉(zhuǎn)子每轉(zhuǎn)一轉(zhuǎn),每個密封工作腔完成吸油和壓油動作各兩次,所以稱為雙作用葉片泵。泵的兩個吸油區(qū)和兩個壓油區(qū)是徑向?qū)ΨQ的,作用在轉(zhuǎn)子上的液壓力徑向平衡,所以又稱為平衡式葉片泵。
雙作用葉片泵的瞬時流量是脈動的,當葉片數(shù)為4的倍數(shù)時脈動率小。為此,雙作用葉片泵的葉片數(shù)一般都取12或16。?

PV7-1X/100-118RE07MD0-16力士樂齒輪泵 齒輪泵是依靠泵缸與嚙合齒輪間所形成的工作容積變化和移動來輸送液體或使之增壓的回轉(zhuǎn)泵。由兩個齒輪、泵體與前后蓋組成兩個封閉空間,當齒輪轉(zhuǎn)動時,齒輪脫開側(cè)的空間的體積從小變大,形成真空,將液體吸入,齒輪嚙合側(cè)的空間的體積從大變小,而將液體擠入管路中去。吸入腔與排出腔是靠兩個齒輪的嚙合線來隔開的。齒輪泵的排出口的壓力*取決于泵出處阻力的大小。
zui基本形式就是兩個尺寸相同的齒輪在一個緊密配合的殼體內(nèi)相互
嚙合旋轉(zhuǎn),這個殼體的內(nèi)部類似“8”字形,兩個齒輪裝在里面,齒輪的外徑及兩側(cè)與殼體緊密配合。來自于擠出機的物料在吸入口進入兩個齒輪中間,并充滿這一空間,隨著齒的旋轉(zhuǎn)沿殼體運動,zui后在兩齒嚙合時排出。
齒輪泵也叫正排量裝置,即像一個缸筒內(nèi)的活塞,當一個齒進入另一個齒的流體空間時,液體就被機械性地擠排出來。因為液體是不可壓縮的,所以液體和齒就不能在同一時間占據(jù)同一空間,這樣,液體就被排除了。由于齒的不斷嚙合,這一現(xiàn)象就連續(xù)在發(fā)生,因而也就在泵的出口提供了一個連續(xù)排除量,泵每轉(zhuǎn)一轉(zhuǎn),排出的量是一樣的。隨著驅(qū)動軸的不間斷地旋轉(zhuǎn),泵也就不間斷地排出流體。泵的流量直接與泵的轉(zhuǎn)速有關。
液壓站又稱液壓泵站,是獨立的液壓裝置,它按驅(qū)動裝置(主機)要求供油,并控制油流的方 向、壓力和流量,它適用于主機與液壓裝置可分離的各種液壓機械下。 用戶購買后只要將液壓站與 主機上的執(zhí)行機構(gòu)(油缸和油馬達)用油管相連,液壓機械即可實現(xiàn)各種規(guī)定的動作、工作循環(huán)。
液壓站[The hydraulic pressure stands ]液壓站是由液壓泵、驅(qū)動用電動機、油箱、溢流閥等構(gòu)成的液壓源裝置或包括控制閥在內(nèi)的液壓裝置。按驅(qū)動裝置要求的流向、壓力和流量供油,適用于驅(qū)動裝置與液壓站分離的各種機械上,將液壓站與驅(qū)動裝置(油缸或馬達)用油管相連,液壓系統(tǒng)既可實現(xiàn)各種規(guī)定的動作。工作原理:電機帶動油泵工作提供壓力源,通過集成塊、液壓閥等對驅(qū)動裝置(油缸或馬達)進行方向、壓力、流量的調(diào)節(jié)和控制,實現(xiàn)各種規(guī)定動作。
