2014年03月正式更名為＂紹興大丸精密機(jī)械有限公司＂。

創(chuàng)立於2003年，是外資企業(yè)。
在中國(guó)臺(tái)灣擁有二十餘年的專(zhuān)業(yè)
生產(chǎn)製造經(jīng)驗(yàn)，
是中國(guó)與中國(guó)臺(tái)灣
生產(chǎn)高品質(zhì)
數(shù)控鉆銑攻牙中心機(jī)的。
本公司在2008年10月完成擴(kuò)廠計(jì)畫(huà)，
并於2013年08月公司內(nèi)部組織重整，
原中國(guó)臺(tái)灣大丸精機(jī)股份有限公司
董事長(zhǎng)親赴大陸督導(dǎo)，管理。
鑑於大陸配套廠商
生產(chǎn)之零配件臻於成熟，
再加上公司員工趨於專(zhuān)精之技術(shù)，
為全面提昇品質(zhì)層次，
將原LOGO ＂ARES SEIKI＂
更名為 ＂GLOBAL ARES＂
以邁向市場(chǎng)為目標(biāo)前進(jìn)。
更於2014年03月正式更名為
紹興大丸精密機(jī)械有限公司，
致力於原有產(chǎn)品之改良
及新產(chǎn)品之研發(fā)以符合客戶需求。
正因我們對(duì)品質(zhì)及服務(wù)一貫的堅(jiān)持，
不但公司本身不斷的自我提昇，
也讓客戶得到更多的滿意度，
從而創(chuàng)造公司與客戶雙贏的局面。
Global Ares Machinery Co., Ltd.,
invested by foreign enterprises,
was established in 2003.
We are the pioneer of producing
high-quality CNC Tapping Center
in China and Taiwan.
Most important of all,
we have abundant experiences in
manufacturing high speed CNC Tapping
Center for over 20 years in Taiwan.
Our plant expansion was completed
in October 2008.
Moreover,
our organizational restructuring was
accomplished in August 2013.
Mr. Michael Lu,
the former managing director of
Ares Machinery Co., Ltd.(Taiwan),
came to China to manage the company.
Due to the products of our parts
suppliers are skilled and
because of our engineers’
excellent technology,
our previous logo “ARES SEIKI”
was renamed “GLOBAL ARES”
in order to upgrade to improving our
existing ourselves
to the global market.
Now, we devoted ourselves to
improving our existing products and
developing new models to meet our
customers’ requirements.
Since we always insist on keeping
the best quality and perfect service,
we not only upgrade ourselves but also
satisfy our customers.
As a result,

with our customers.
