該設(shè)備配置四個(gè)直線軸（XYZU）和兩個(gè)回轉(zhuǎn)軸（AC），龍門式結(jié)構(gòu)，空間合理，剛性足，U軸自動(dòng)定位，保證不同長(zhǎng)度刀具刀尖可以定位到擺動(dòng)軸軸心，大大提高精度，刀具座自動(dòng)氣動(dòng)夾刀，簡(jiǎn)易方便，配有不同長(zhǎng)度的砂輪軸，可實(shí)現(xiàn)多砂輪組合，可實(shí)現(xiàn)多種刀具的修磨。
