Main configuration and performance

1.采用液晶顯示數(shù)控系統(tǒng)，可根據(jù)不同工件的要求，編制及儲存多種熱處理工藝程序。
2.控制精度及自動(dòng)化程序高，熱處理后工件*性好。
3.工件旋轉(zhuǎn)采用變頻無級調(diào)速。
4.床身采用鋼板焊接，整體去應(yīng)力處理。
5.采用標(biāo)準(zhǔn)直線導(dǎo)軌。
6.加熱、噴水、時(shí)間控制集中于機(jī)床控制系統(tǒng)。

2. High control precision and automaticity, good consistency of heat-treating workpiece.
3. Using frequency conversion stepless governing for workpiece rotating.
4. Bed is welded by steel plate. It should be eliminated stress in total.
5. MUsing standard beeline guide rail。
6. Heating, spray water and time focus on the machine control system.
