The 90° flat milling head can meet the requirement of narrow slot and mold cavity machining. It is mounted on the ram of gantry type milling machines and floor type boring machines for the drilling, milling and boring operations. The C-axis can be indexed through face gears with the increment of 1°, 2.5°, 5°, and so on, as requested. The C-axis also can be indexed 4×90° by the pin. The milling head can be connected to the machine tool through the connecting pad which can be customized according to the size of particular machine tools. “T” type bolt is employed for drawing the head. Tools can be clamped through manual drawbar.
