濟(jì)南恒諾特種機(jī)械機(jī)電公司專業(yè)生產(chǎn)及銷售brh15a-45a brh15al-45al brh15c 55c brh20c-55c sbr16s sbr20s-50s直線導(dǎo)軌.直線導(dǎo)軌又稱滑軌、線性導(dǎo)軌、線性滑軌，用于直線往復(fù)運(yùn)動(dòng)場合，擁有比直線軸承更高的額定負(fù)載， 同時(shí)可以承擔(dān)一定的扭矩，可在高負(fù)載的情況下實(shí)現(xiàn)高精度的直線運(yùn)動(dòng).
直線運(yùn)動(dòng)導(dǎo)軌的作用是用來支撐和引導(dǎo)運(yùn)動(dòng)部件，按給定的方向做往復(fù)直線運(yùn)動(dòng)。依按摩擦性質(zhì)而定，直線運(yùn)動(dòng)導(dǎo)軌可以分為滑動(dòng)摩擦導(dǎo)軌、滾動(dòng)摩擦導(dǎo)軌、彈性摩擦導(dǎo)軌、流體摩擦導(dǎo)軌等種類。 ◎直線軸承主要用在自動(dòng)化機(jī)械上比較多,像德國進(jìn)口的機(jī)床,紙碗機(jī),激光焊接機(jī)等等,當(dāng)然直線軸承和直線軸是配套用的.像直線導(dǎo)軌主要是用在精度要求比較高的機(jī)械結(jié)構(gòu)上,
滑塊-使運(yùn)動(dòng)由曲線轉(zhuǎn)變?yōu)橹本€。新的導(dǎo)軌系統(tǒng)使機(jī)床可獲得快速，進(jìn)給速度在主軸轉(zhuǎn)速相同的情況下，快速進(jìn)給是直線導(dǎo)軌的特點(diǎn)。直線導(dǎo)軌與平面導(dǎo)軌一樣，有兩個(gè)基本元件；一個(gè)作為導(dǎo)向的為固定元件，另一個(gè)是移動(dòng)元件。由于直線導(dǎo)軌是標(biāo)準(zhǔn)部件，對機(jī)床制造廠來說．*要做的只是加工一個(gè)安裝導(dǎo)軌的平面和校調(diào)導(dǎo)軌的平行度。當(dāng)然，為了保證機(jī)床的精度，床身或立柱少量的刮研是*的，在多數(shù)情況下，安裝是比較簡單的。
作為導(dǎo)向的導(dǎo)軌為淬硬鋼，經(jīng)精磨后置于安裝平面上。與平面導(dǎo)軌比較，直線導(dǎo)軌橫截面的幾何形狀，比平面導(dǎo)軌復(fù)雜，復(fù)雜的原因是因?yàn)閷?dǎo)軌上需要加工出溝槽，以利于滑動(dòng)元件的移動(dòng)，溝槽的形狀和數(shù)量，取決于機(jī)床要完成的功能。例如：一個(gè)既承受直線作用力，又承受顛覆力矩的導(dǎo)軌系統(tǒng)，與僅承受直線作用力的導(dǎo)軌相比．設(shè)計(jì)上有很大的不同。
直線導(dǎo)軌的移動(dòng)元件和固定元件之間不用中間介質(zhì)，而用滾動(dòng)鋼球。因?yàn)闈L動(dòng)鋼球適應(yīng)于高速運(yùn)動(dòng)、摩擦系數(shù)小、靈敏度高，滿足運(yùn)動(dòng)部件的工作要求，如機(jī)床的刀架，拖板等。直線導(dǎo)軌系統(tǒng)的固定元件（導(dǎo)軌）的基本功能如同軸承環(huán)，安裝鋼球的支架，形狀為“v"字形。支架包裹著導(dǎo)軌的頂部和兩側(cè)面。為了支撐機(jī)床的工作部件，一套直線導(dǎo)軌至少有四個(gè)支架。用于支撐大型的工作部件，支架的數(shù)量可以多于四個(gè)。
