主要用途：
T62落地鏜床主要用于鏜削大中型零件的孔，同時還可以完成鉆、擴、鉸、銑平面等工作。本系列機床帶有掛輪裝置，可以加工公制或英制內(nèi)螺紋、利用平旋盤徑向刀架可以車斷面，與回轉(zhuǎn)工作臺聯(lián)合使用，可以加工直徑大而長度較短的內(nèi)孔與外圓。
機床的水平和垂直坐標的測量有英國新和球柵數(shù)字顯示測量系統(tǒng)。
主傳動為無級直流調(diào)速、四級機械檔變速系統(tǒng)，進給為兩級機械檔加直流調(diào)速系統(tǒng)，X、Y、Z坐標共一個直流調(diào)速電機驅(qū)動，貼塑軟帶導軌、卸荷式平旋盤。
TK62型數(shù)控落地鏜床采用西門子840D數(shù)控系統(tǒng)，主軸軸承選用進口主軸軸承，傳動采用滾珠絲杠螺母副和雙齒輪消隙機構，配上刀庫和機械手可實現(xiàn)更高效率的加工。
T62 series is used for boring of large and medium size workpieces. Also it is suitable for drilling, reaming, tapping, surface milling, etc.
This series machine has gear change device for machining metric and inch internal. With facing head radial toolhead, endface turning could be done. To be used with rotary table, the large dia. and short length bores and excircles can be machined.
The digital measuring system is used for horizontal and vertical speed change system. The feed is of 2-step mechanical change and DC speed regulation system. The X,Y,Z axes are driven by a DC speed regulation motor with adhered softbelt guideway and facing head.
TK62 CNC floor type boring machine adopt Siemens 840D CNC system, imported famous brand spindle bearing, ballscrew nut and backlash free mechanism for transmission. Equipped with tool magazine and changer, it can realize high efficiency machining.
