主要特點:
● 雙層墻板結(jié)構(gòu)抗振性能優(yōu)異,兩側(cè)寬敞斜槽排屑順暢,為大切削和精密切削提供堅固的基礎(chǔ);
● X、Z軸采用*的倒燕尾淬硬導(dǎo)軌,能有效地控制熱變形使機床獲得很高穩(wěn)定性和重復(fù)定位精度;
● 組合式主軸箱采用前3后2軸承配置和無鍵聯(lián)結(jié),確保機床獲得zui大剛性、轉(zhuǎn)速及加工精度。
● Z軸滾珠絲桿采用雙層保護措施,并使各處滑動導(dǎo)軌和滾珠絲桿都獲得強制潤滑。
Features
●Dual-layer wall structure is applied to machine for having excellent vibration-proof performance, and spacious(寬敞的) flumes(引水槽,水道) at both sides are available to make the chip discharge smoothly, consequently the machine is capable of precise-cutting and carrying a large of chip.
●Unique(*的,*的) inverted swallow-tailed hardened guideways for axis X and Z feature less thermal-deformation, making the machine have high stability and repetitive positioning accuracy.
●Combined spindle box is equipped with high-accuracy bearings without key junction, assuring the machine the machine have highest rigidity, highest speed and machining accuracy.
●Dual-layer protection is used for ball screw of axis Z, but also forced lubrication is to each slide guideway and ball screw.
