液壓剪板機(jī)分為擺式與閘式,擺式剪板機(jī)由于是圓弧運(yùn)動(dòng)，而圓弧刀片制作又相當(dāng)困難，一般是用刀片之后做墊鐵補(bǔ)償,所以所得出的間隙并不精確,剪出來(lái)的板料也不是很理想.因?yàn)槭腔⌒芜\(yùn)動(dòng),其刀片也不能做成矩形，而應(yīng)做成銳角，所以刀片的受力情況也不理想，刀片損傷也較厲害.做擺式剪板機(jī)國(guó)內(nèi)代表為閘式液壓剪板機(jī)就克服了以上所有毛病，但目前國(guó)內(nèi)廠家能做閘式剪板機(jī)的并不多。

　　1、不準(zhǔn)剪切疊合板料，不準(zhǔn)修剪毛邊板料的邊緣，不準(zhǔn)剪切壓不緊的狹窄板料和短料。

　　2、刀板間的間隙應(yīng)根據(jù)板料的厚度來(lái)調(diào)正，但不得大于板zui的1/30。刀板應(yīng)緊固牢靠，上、下刀板面保持平行，調(diào)正后應(yīng)用人工盤車檢驗(yàn)，以免發(fā)生意外。

　　3、刀板刃口應(yīng)保持鋒利，如刃口變鈍或有崩裂現(xiàn)象，應(yīng)及時(shí)更換。

　　4、剪切時(shí)，壓料裝置應(yīng)牢牢地壓緊板料，不準(zhǔn)在壓不緊的狀態(tài)下進(jìn)行剪切。

　　5、有液壓裝置的設(shè)備，除節(jié)流伐外其他液壓閥門不準(zhǔn)私自調(diào)正。

要根據(jù)規(guī)定的剪板厚度，調(diào)整剪板機(jī)的剪刀間隙。不準(zhǔn)同時(shí)剪切2種不同規(guī)格、不同材質(zhì)的板料;不得疊料剪切。剪切的板料要求表面平整，不準(zhǔn)剪切無(wú)法壓緊的較窄板料。

剪板機(jī)的皮帶、飛輪、齒輪以及軸等運(yùn)動(dòng)部位必須安裝防護(hù)罩。

剪板機(jī)操作者送料的手指離剪刀口應(yīng)保持zui少200mm以外的距離，并且離開(kāi)壓緊裝置。在剪扳機(jī)上安置的防護(hù)柵欄不能擋住操作者眼睛而看不到裁切的部位。作業(yè)后產(chǎn)生的廢料有棱有角，操作者應(yīng)及時(shí)清除，防止被刺傷、割傷。
