Kerk NTB Highly Customizable Anti-Backlash Nut and Lead Screw

Kerk^®NTB系列消隙螺桿組件可承受比ZBX或KHD系列組件更高的負(fù)載。它采用收緊機(jī)構(gòu)，可在整個(gè)使用壽命期間提供較高的軸向剛度，同時(shí)將系統(tǒng)的阻力矩保持在小值。NTB系列螺母組件消除了對(duì)螺母預(yù)加載荷以補(bǔ)償負(fù)載的需要。該螺母采用自潤滑聚縮醛制造而成，可在軋制的精密梯形螺桿上高效運(yùn)行。Kerkite^®復(fù)合聚合物也可作為標(biāo)準(zhǔn)配置。螺桿由303不銹鋼制成，可選配我們專有的長壽命Kerkote^®TFE涂層。NTB簡單緊湊的設(shè)計(jì)易于針對(duì)特定應(yīng)用進(jìn)行更改。NTB組件在整個(gè)負(fù)載和速度范圍內(nèi)都有低阻力矩、高系統(tǒng)剛度、平穩(wěn)性和長使用壽命等優(yōu)點(diǎn)。

Kerkote^® TFE涂層

螺距

移動(dòng)速度

大負(fù)載
