CK、CKA、CKJ為經(jīng)濟(jì)實用型數(shù)控車床系列。結(jié)構(gòu)成熟、性能穩(wěn)定、*、編程容易、操作簡單、適用于各種形狀復(fù)雜的軸、套、盤類零件的內(nèi)外表面、圓錐面、圓弧面、各種螺紋甚至孔的鉆、擴(kuò)、鉸序等車削加工，尤其適合于多品種、中小批零件的輪番加工。該系列機(jī)床*性好、效率高、廢品率低、*性好，因而廣泛應(yīng)用于各種行業(yè)諸如汽車、石油、等的機(jī)械加工。
CK系列通過變頻器及液壓四檔自動轉(zhuǎn)換，主軸可實現(xiàn)全程分段無級調(diào)速；CKJ系列通過手動換擋，實現(xiàn)18級轉(zhuǎn)速；CKA系列則采用液壓六檔自動轉(zhuǎn)換及三檔手動轉(zhuǎn)換實現(xiàn)12級轉(zhuǎn)速的半自動變速形式。
CK、CKJ、CKA series are economical and practical CNC lathes. With optimized structures ,unfailing performance,high quality ,simple programming ,and easy handling,they are suitable for turning of complicated shaft,sleeve,and disk type work-pieces such as turning of internal and external cylindrical ,conical ,arc surfaces and various threads,and even drilling ,boring and reaming holes. And they are especially fit for turning of diversified work-pieces on small and medium batches. They are of high versatility ,high efficiency,low inferiority and good conformability.So to be widely used in various trades,such as auto industry,petroleum industry ,military industry ,and so on.
CK series CNC lathes may accomplish step-less spindle speed-changing by means of main motor frequency conversion and 4-shift hydraulic gear-change;CKJ series CNC lathes obtain 18 speeds all manually;and CKA series spindle speed changing introduces 6-shift hydraulic gear-change and 3-shift manual gear-change to obtain 12 speeds.
