詳細介紹
該機床用于磨削精密及高精度的內(nèi)外圓柱面，圓錐面及端面，能進行半自動縱磨及半自動切入磨削，剛性強，震動少，噪音小，性能穩(wěn)定，操作方便，精度高，適用于航空、精密機械、精密量儀及新興行業(yè)需要的超精密零件加工。
1、 砂輪主軸軸承采用錐形成型油楔動承、砂輪主軸在低速是仍具有高的軸承剛度。
2、 砂輪架導軌采用交叉滾柱剛導軌，半自動進給機構(gòu)采用回轉(zhuǎn)式油缸實現(xiàn)。
3、 尾架軸系具有無間隙剛度的特點，電器箱，液壓箱冷卻箱與機床分離。
4、 富有磨削指示儀及冷卻液過濾器。
5、 頭架速度才有那個交流變頻無級調(diào)速。
6、 電氣采用可編程序控制器（pc），具有自診斷功能、維修十分方便。
7、 可選配自動測量儀。
