深喉沖床性能特點：
J21S系列壓力機是加大喉口深度的開式固定臺壓力機，工作空間大，廣泛適用于大尺寸板料的沖壓加工；
均采用鋼板焊接機身，強度和剛度都很高，采用剛性轉(zhuǎn)鍵式離合器，操作維修方便；
可選裝緊急制動裝置，能使滑塊急停在0度-135度范圍內(nèi)，J21S-100、160采用曲軸縱放結(jié)構(gòu)、氣動摩擦離合器、六面體矩形導(dǎo)輥、上提式氣動平衡裝置等，可方便搭配各種沖壓、周邊設(shè)備，屬于深頸系列的高檔機型。
Features：
1.J21S series are open style power press with deepened throad,fixed bed and large work space which are applicable to punch large-size plate;
2.The structure of main body is all steel-welded with great strengt and rigidty;
3.They adopts rigid turn-key clutch and they are convenient for operation and maintenance,The emergency stop device is optional to make the slider block suddenly stop on the range of 0 ~135 .Especially,J21S-100、 160 use vertical structure of cranked axle, pneumatic friction clutch,hexahedral rectangular roller guide, lifing-up pneumatic balance device and also can be easy adopted other various pressing and related equipments. SO, they are among the top grade of the deep throat power press series.
