永磁吸盤采用稀土永磁材料，應(yīng)用現(xiàn)代磁路原理設(shè)計(jì)的新型磁力器件，用電脈沖控制磁力的產(chǎn)生和消失。電永磁吸盤在瞬間通電后即成為永磁體可吸牢工件進(jìn)行定位加工，加工過程中無(wú)需電源，施加反向電流后，即可退磁取下工件。產(chǎn)品有棋子格式和條形式兩種形式。

FEATURES特征
1 No electricity required to keep the electro-permanent magnetic chuck on.
吸盤工作的時(shí)候不必保持通電。
2 Electro-permanent magnetic chuck can be easily fitted to the surface grinder.
吸盤可以很容易的安裝在平面磨床上。
3 Large area can be arranged by multiple mounting of EPM chucks side by side which can be operated by a single controller.
大面積可以安排多個(gè)吸盤，由一個(gè)控制器來(lái)操作。
4 Special purpose EPM chucks can also be designed to suit particular applications.
特殊用途的吸盤也可以設(shè)計(jì)適應(yīng)的應(yīng)用程序。
5 Pole pitch of 2mm（1.5+0.5） can be made at extra cost.

2 Electro-permanent magnetic chucks are suitable for horizontal spindle surface grinding machines as the main cutting thrust is towards the length of the chuck, poles at right angle of the wheel give more gripping of the job.
電永磁吸盤是臥式磨床主軸表面，適合作為主要的消減重點(diǎn)朝向夾頭長(zhǎng)度，在車輪直角極點(diǎn)的工作給予更多的夾持。
