齒形凸輪
1. 經(jīng)過(guò)電腦精密計(jì)算模擬，所設(shè)計(jì)出的工業(yè)級(jí)的專業(yè)齒形凸輪，使你的鋸片研磨更為簡(jiǎn)單、快速精準(zhǔn)。
2. 砂輪頭可以上下擺動(dòng)，所以可不必更換砂輪，即可研磨出倒角。
3. 推進(jìn)爪末端焊有碳化鎢，可使進(jìn)給爪的磨損減至zui低，以達(dá)到精確的進(jìn)給。
4. 本機(jī)所有鑄鐵均采用球狀石墨鑄鐵（fcd-45），并經(jīng)回火處理，以確保精度，及增加耐磨性。
5. 主要零件均采用skd11高碳鋼，并經(jīng)熱處理研磨。
6. 推臂彈簧經(jīng)過(guò)改良，使用回轉(zhuǎn)式彈簧，不易彈性疲乏，確保進(jìn)給準(zhǔn)確。
7. 鋸片進(jìn)給軸支持座，使用高強(qiáng)度銅合金作基材，埋入高科技技術(shù)制造之固體潤(rùn)滑劑，其高負(fù)荷，耐磨耗的特性更達(dá)到*無(wú)給功能。
