NOP泵的原理
容積泵原理:通過改變其工作容積來輸送和提高流體壓力,包括活塞泵、柱塞泵、隔膜泵和齒輪泵等。例如,活塞泵中,活塞在泵缸內(nèi)往復運動,使得工作容積周期性變化,從而輸送液體或增壓。12
葉片泵原理:泵依靠泵內(nèi)高速旋轉(zhuǎn)的葉輪將能量傳遞給液體,以提高壓力并輸送流體。常見的類型包括離心泵、混流泵和軸流泵。離心泵利用葉輪旋轉(zhuǎn)產(chǎn)生的離心力來輸送液體。
此外,自吸泵的工作原理是在水泵啟動前先在泵殼內(nèi)灌滿水,啟動后葉輪高速旋轉(zhuǎn),形成負壓,吸入管內(nèi)的空氣進入泵內(nèi),從而實現(xiàn)自吸
